By accessing the website at https://busarm.com, https://partner.busarm.com, or any of Busarm’s publicly available content you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

 

OUR ROLE

1.     Busarm only provides a technology platform that connects intending travelers with bus operators. It doesn’t operate any bus or offer the service of transportation to the User. Busarm also doesn’t act as an agent of any bus operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.

2.     Busarm acts as a facilitator connecting intending customers to bus operators offering sale of tickets. Accordingly, the contract of sale of services on the Website is strictly a bipartite contract between the User and the bus operator listed on the Website.

3.     The bus ticket booking voucher which Busarm issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the bus operator regarding the seat availability.

4.     The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the respective bus operator and Busarm has no control over such information provided by the bus operator.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF BUSARM

In its role as a technology platform to facilitate transactions between the bus operators and the Users, Busarm shall not be responsible for the operations of the bus operator including, but not limited to the following:

5.     Timely departure or arrival of the bus;

6.     The conduct of bus operator's employees, representatives or agents;

7.     The condition of the bus, seats etc. not being up to the customer's expectation or as per the description provided by the bus operator;

8.     Cancellation of the trip due to any reasons;

9.     Loss or damage of the baggage of the customer;

10.  The bus operator changing a customer's seat for any reason whatsoever;

11.  Bus operator informing a wrong boarding point for the issuance of the booking confirmation voucher, or changing such boarding point eventually with or without any notification to Busarm or the User;

12.  Bus operator using a separate pick-up vehicle to transport the User from the designated boarding point to the actual place of departure of the bus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS

13.  Users are advised to call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point, or any information which they may need for the purpose of boarding or travel in that trip.

14.  At the time of boarding the bus, Users shall furnish a copy of the ticket, and any valid identity proof like, passport, or voter identification card or any other identity proof issued by a government authority.

1.     Users are required to reach the boarding place at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

2.     All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.

 

CANCELLATION OF TICKET

15.  Cancellation of tickets can be done either through the User’s login in the Busarm’s website or mobile application, or by calling on the customer care number;

1.     Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the ticket.

2.     User needs to compulsorily obtain a bus ticket at the regular fare in case a child above the age of 5 years is accompanied by them, unless otherwise a particular bus operator specifies otherwise in their terms and conditions.

 

REFUNDS

16.  Busarm will only process refunds if requested by the User either via the Busarm’s website, mobile app or contacting our customer service.

17.  Busarm will only process refunds within 14 days after the payment was made.

18.  Total amount refunded will not include any payment transaction charges or fees that was included in the payment as those charges will serve as the cancellation fee.

19.  Once User’s ticket has been validated by the bus operator, the bus operator will be responsible for any refund request.

 

USE LICENSE

20.  Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Busarm's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

1.     modify or copy the materials;

2.     use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

3.     attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Busarm's websites or app;

4.     remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

5.     transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

21.  This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Busarm at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

 

DISCLAIMER

22.  The materials on Busarm's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Busarm makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

23.  Further, Busarm does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

 

ACCURACY OF MATERIALS

The materials appearing on Busarm's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Busarm does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Busarm may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Busarm does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Busarm has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Busarm of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

 

MODIFICATIONS

Busarm may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Accra, Ghana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
